SHIPPING/PICKUP

All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of order.

USPS First Class Mail takes 3-5 business business days for domestic delivery. USPS priority shipping takes 2-3 business days. Choosing priority shipping does not speed up the time that it takes for us to process your order, it only affects USPS delivery time. 

International Shipments and shipped with USPS and generally take 5-12 business days for delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your usps tracking number. You can track the status of your package with this tracking. 

Once we ship your order, it is within the USPS system. Please contact your local post office and provide your tracking number and they can give you updates.

If you have chosen to pick up your order. You will receive a email once your order is ready. Please follow all instructions in email.

RETURNS

PLEASE measure correctly. NO RETURNS on waist beads if the size is incorrect.

7 day return policy on damaged beads. Please email Mindbodysoulkouture@gmail.com if your clasp beads is damaged or falls apart.
